Created and maintained pricing and screen files for all company-owned and 70 franchise store-level menus.
Created and maintained network sessions for the downloading of menu files to store-level

Updated and maintained store-level inventory forms and pricing

Responsible for recruiting, hiring and training of all entry-level management personnel for 7 Shoney’s restaurants, 14 Lee’s Famous Recipe restaurants and 28 Captain D’s restaurants.
